Can I return my item?
You can return your item for a store credit/exchange. To be eligible for a store credit/exchange the item(s) must be:
- Sent back within 14 days of receiving
- Must be in the condition you received it in - unworn, unwashed in original packaging with all tags/hygiene liners still in tact.
- include order number when packaging return. Send tracking number to its.notmilly@hotmail.com
If your return does not meet the requirements its not milly has the right to refuse the the return/credit/exchange.

How do I do a return?
- items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
- To create a return you must email its.notmilly@hotmail.com to let us know you will be returning the item. *All duties/taxes, shipping costs for returns and new orders are not covered by its not milly* Return address will be given once return is initiated by customer.
- Include your order number when packaging your return.
- Once the item has been sent off, email us the tracking number.
- Once item is received its not milly will do a quality check. If quality is approved you will receive store credit.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not do cancellations. Please ensure all your details and what you have ordered is right before purchasing.
